Green Goodness smoothie
Serves 2, Prep 10 mins
Ingredients
1 banana
½ apple, cut into small pieces
5 pieces of fresh/frozen pineapple
1 handful of spinach
¼ carrot, cut into small pieces
½ stalk celery, cut into small pieces
1 knob of fresh ginger, roughly chopped
½ tbsp manuka honey
¼ cup of bran (substitute for 2 tbsp ground flaxseed if gluten-free)
½ cup coconut water
½ cup kiwifruit juice (or use Kiwi crush with water)
1 scoop Double Shot powder
Optional
2 tbsp yoghurt
A few mint leaves
